About On The Move Photography

On the Move Photography started in a somewhat unique way. Julie and Stephanie volunteered their time and photography experience to a local animal rescue organization that wanted to have a pet portrait fund raiser. Owners could purchase a portrait of their pet with the proceeds benefiting the rescue group. The fund raiser was such a success, that it became an annual event.

Because they were always "on the move" with their children’s sporting events, Stephanie and Julie began taking photos at these events. Parents of the players expressed an interest in purchasing the photos and thus On the Move Photography was born. From there, they began offering their services to sports teams and organizations.

Opening a small studio enabled them to expand the photography services they were able to offer. This allows them to provide their clients a fun yet professional photo session in an intimate and comfortable setting. They are still “on the move”, however, and are always available for on location and special event photography needs.

Although On the Move has become a successful business, it continues to maintain the values by which it began by placing a huge importance on giving back to non- profit organizations and the community. Please see information on OTM's charity work and Give Back Program below.
